San Francisco, October 2005
In October 2005, Liz had a business trip to San Francisco, so I tagged along for a quick weekend. We got there late on a Friday night/Saturday morning, and I took off back home that Sunday afternoon. Liz stayed for the rest of the week. For me, it was a very quick trip but well worth it. The reason Liz was there for work was her company was having a new partner orientation. They had many events scheduled for the new partners including some non-business related activities. Liz and I (and a few of Liz's coworkers) got to do the dry run on the activities. So, on that Saturday we took a helicopter tour of San Francisco and the Bay Area, got trapeze lessons from circus performers, took a tour of SBC Park, and toured the city in these little 3-wheel cars powered by scooter engines and guided by a GPS rigged car stereo that told us about sites as we passed by them. They're called Go Cars.
So below are links to the slideshow of the pictures from that trip. Plus, we have VIDEO of me and Liz swinging on trapezes. Liz was good; I was not so graceful.
